Simple directions for deep frying for chicken, meat, cuttle fish, and fish.
1. Dip meat in whipped egg white.
2. Coat meat evenly with Joji Bermutu flour and add some water to marinate for 30 minutes.
3. Deep fry meat in very hot oil (350°F) until golden brown & serve.
